Frequently asked questions
Is CrickCircle free?+
Yes. CrickCircle is free to download and use for scoring matches, tracking stats and sharing scorecards.
I did not receive my OTP. What should I do?+
Check that your phone number or email is entered correctly, look in your spam folder for email codes, and wait a minute before requesting a new code. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
How do I start scoring a match?+
Create a room, invite players or add them by name, do the toss, pick teams and start the match. Every ball is synced live to everyone in the room.
A score was entered incorrectly. Can it be fixed?+
The scorer can undo the last ball during a live match. For completed matches, email us with the match details and we will help.
Why does the app ask for my location?+
Location is optional and is only used to show matches near you and to tag match venues. You can deny or revoke it in your device settings at any time.
I am not getting match notifications.+
Make sure notifications are enabled for CrickCircle in your device settings and that battery-saver is not restricting the app.
Is CrickCircle available on iPhone?+
CrickCircle is available on Android now. The iOS version is coming soon.
How do I delete my account?+
Follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.
Report abuse or safety concerns
If someone is harassing you, posting inappropriate content or manipulating scores, email us with the username and details. We review all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
