1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrickCircle mobile app, website and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
- One person may not hold multiple accounts to manipulate statistics or leaderboards.
- Tell us immediately at criccirclee@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Services you agree not to:
- Enter false or manipulated scores, or tamper with statistics and leaderboards.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate or discriminate against other users.
- Post content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, violent, misleading or infringes others' rights.
- Use the Services for gambling, betting or match-fixing of any kind.
- Send spam, or use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Services.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you submit — profile details, photos, posts, comments and match data ("User Content"). You grant CrickCircle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute your User Content solely to operate, promote and improve the Services.
Match data is shared with the other participants of that match and contributes to their statistics. We may remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Our Intellectual Property
The Services, including the CrickCircle name, logo, design, software and content (excluding User Content), are owned by CrickCircle and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written permission.
7. Paid Features
CrickCircle is free to download and use. We may introduce optional paid plans in the future. If we do, prices, billing terms and refund conditions will be shown clearly before purchase, and purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are also subject to those stores' terms.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Sign-In). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Services.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Scores and statistics are entered by users; we do not guarantee their accuracy and they are not official records. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrickCircle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. CrickCircle is a scoring tool only — we are not responsible for matches, injuries, disputes or arrangements between players.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold CrickCircle harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
